Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Neurogum India tags attached before sealing it in the original shipping bag.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
